Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience working in accounts payable
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient user of finance software packages and excel
Responsibilities
- Prepare all journal entries
- Process all accounts payable payments
- Prepare weekly cash flow updates to corporate
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage corporate expense accounts
- Generate payments (cheques & EFT)
- Contribute to financial reporting requirements ad hoc
- Support annual audit process
- Support stakeholders within the business for invoice approvals
- Commodity tax returns (GST/PST etc.)
- Work with the finance team to contribute in any other assigned task
