Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software product engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and technical terminology.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar.
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Own day-to-day execution and delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, QA, and other stakeholders to remove blockers and keep teams aligned.
- Coordinate standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to agile best practices.
- Identify project risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders. Track and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes, tools, and communication workflows.
