Requirements
- 8 years of related experience that includes experience in re-engineering processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Excellent communication, time/project management, creative problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field desired
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis on all aspects of technology and business improvement projects
- Using a variety of elicitation techniques, work with key stakeholders to understand and document current (‘as-is’) and future state (‘to-be’) end-to-end processes and identify requirements
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing the test strategy, creating test scenarios and scripts, organizing and coordinating testers and testing activities, and reporting results
- Communicate, facilitate and collaborate in a wide variety of settings and projects that are complex, up to and including enterprise-wide assignments
- Drive continuous improvement of business analysis discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in process improvement and project management preferred
- Experience in insurance operations preferred
- Achievement of or progress toward: Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) preferred; Project Management Professional (PMP), certification in Process or Performance Management, or certification in Quality Assurance/Testing desirable
- Preferred: Masters Degree in Business or a related field. Completed certification(s)
