Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 2-4 years database marketing or CRM experience in retail
- Proven track record of developing and managing CRM programs
- Experience working with a CDP or data warehouse, building audiences and creating automated audiences
- Experience with ESP platforms
- Excellent project management skills and ability to align efforts across multiple departments
- Very strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of marketing analytics (Google Analytics and Business Intelligence Tools)
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute marketing efforts for the retention programs, working cross-functionally with multiple teams (i.e. Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce)
- Manage daily operations of the CRM program including the marketing calendar, promotional planning, measurement/analytics and creative approvals.
- Maintain a strong consumer relationship by developing CRM activations that lead to incremental sales, increased retention, engagement and loyalty.
- Develop process to manage coupon offers, promotions, and touch points across customer segments
- Analyze and report on campaign results and identify new opportunities in support of the CRM Roadmap
- Work with CRM managers to develop and execute retention strategies and cross-channel consumer acquisition campaigns to meet CRM growth goals.
- Build and execute offer testing plans across CRM tactics
- Pilot programs while minimizing operational financial impact
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned
