Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
- At least 3 years of solution or product management experience
- At least 2 years of software related project experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a strategic advisor to internal and external executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical, and operational teams
- Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action
- Experience with clinical data capture and clinical assessments used within public health and/or primary care settings
Responsibilities
- Define market requirements for current and future solution sets by independently conducting sophisticated market research supported by on-going visits to clients, non-clients and community stakeholders
- Communicate comprehensive solution strategy, plans and roadmaps.
- Manage breadth of inter-related solution roadmaps and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver exceptional features by producing detailed requirements and prototypes, verifying the solution meets the needs of the public health community.
- Create and lead strategies to conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing. Translate customer feedback and market trends into clearly defined phased releases.
- Partner with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nursing or clinical staff credentials (e.g., RN, BSN, LPN, MA)
- Ability to research, analyze and prioritize functionality and requirements.
- Experience with healthcare encounter-based reporting, interpreting Government requirements, working with Government agencies to implement reporting requirements
- Experience with clinical data capture and clinical assessments used within public health and/or primary care settings
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical, and operational teams
- Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action
