Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI product design related to browser-based applications
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and experience in presenting research findings
- Value efficiency with the use of design systems aligned with frontend framework
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, Vimeo, Pendo, and Productboard
Responsibilities
- Lead user research including interviews and focus groups for our in house application
- Observe users in their space to gain insight on how they interact with the software application and where there is opportunity for improvement
- Create low to high fidelity mockups
- Create prototypes for proposed solutions
- Coordinate and lead user testing sessions with hospital employees to prove out proposed solutions
- Lead Implementation kick off meetings to ensure stakeholders, developers, and testers understand, implement, and verify intended user experience
- Provide written guidance for software engineers describing the expected behavior and UI design
- Identify opportunities in the application that benefits from an in app guide
- Create guide flow and content
