Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years working in private practice or inhouse
Responsibilities
- Negotiate high volume SaaS contracting through the contract lifecycle to execution
- Support the sales team directly on their transactions
- Handle ad-hoc legal requests for support from the sales function
- Support contract signing process
- Support updates to legal team templates & precedents
- Understand key IP, commercial, and finance requirements
- Drive compliance in day-to-day sales activities, including providing training
- Assist with wider company projects assigned to the Commercial & Product Support team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal certificate
- Commercial contracts experience
- Ironclad experience
- Privacy, GRC, Ethics & Compliance or ESG experience
