Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of human services experience
- 2–4 years supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with Individuals-Served, families, staff, and community partners.
- Oversee onboarding and service planning for new Individuals-Served.
- Recruit, train and support DSPs, matching them to clients appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and internal regulations
- Support and guide DSPs through scheduling, training, and regular communication.
- Grow the county’s service impact and efficiency while managing costs and hours.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
- Audit service and personnel records for accuracy and accountability.
- Manage daily office responsibilities and maintain responsive communication.
- Respond to and investigate incident reports appropriately and thoroughly.
- Take on additional projects as needed.
