Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in deal desk, order management, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or a related role in a B2B environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and process all order forms ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and recommend process enhancement
- Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure
- Work with Accounting to ensure our books are closed accurately and on time in accordance with audit expectations.
- Assist in maintaining order management and deal desk documentation
- Assist in establishing deal operations-related metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth tech environment.
- Expertise in CPQ tools and subscription billing models.
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts.
