Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, or in accounting integration, or in finance, or in audit, or a combination
- At least 4 years of experience in project management or in product management
Responsibilities
- Lead well managed and controlled activities over operational process that require high level of accounting judgement, including the Company’s impairment testing of Goodwill, Intangible Assets, and Held for Sale analyses
- Support accounting in interpreting and applying relevant accounting rules and guidance for Corporate Development initiatives including accounting research, presentation of findings, and documentation
- Support partner teams in interpreting and applying relevant accounting rules
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
- Develop project plans, track completion, and communicate status to stakeholders on multiple workflows with competing priorities
- Partner cross-functionally with customers as a subject matter expert, responding to ad-hoc requests
- Support compliance activities

- 4+ years of banking or finance industry experience
