Requirements
- 4+ years experience in one or more of the following: B2B RevOps, AE/SDR leadership, CSM, Consulting, or Founder roles.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with technical teams like Product Engineering and FDEs.
- Fluent in B2B sales workflows and the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc).
- Proficient in SQL with strong analytical instincts.
- A customer-obsessed communicator who thrives on building trust and driving outcomes.
- Excited to build processes from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping into ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers, embedding with SDR/AE teams and their leaders.
- Define, track, and communicate success metrics and ROI.
- Identify and champion new use cases that expand customer value.
- Partner with Sales, FDEs, and CS leadership to refine and scale customer success playbooks.
- Build and manage enablement programs for SDRs and AEs to ensure they’re fully ramped on Actively.
- Translate frontline feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Implement scalable, repeatable processes for training, feedback collection, and ongoing support.
- Act as a voice of the customer across the company — especially with Product and Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage startup.
- Proven success scaling customer success programs or playbooks.
- Background in a technical field (CS, Stats, Engineering, Economics, etc).
