Requirements

  • High school diploma required, Associate Degree or equivalent training preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Adobe
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in dynamic and fast paced situations
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to work under time constraints
  • Customer service oriented; extensive phone communication experience
  • Ability to prioritize work on multiple tasks with minimal direct supervision

Responsibilities

  • Create POs for all vendor work at site
  • Match invoices to POs after work has been completed
  • Work with site team to create Variance reporting including commentary
  • Manage training for site team including assigning monitoring and reporting
  • On board all new JLL employees
  • Work with site team to create operating expense budget
  • Work with site team to create and manage project POs
  • Assist with tracking and archival of New Hire Training Requirements Packages
  • Support office supply ordering for team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a facility maintenance and operations environment (General Building Operation and Maintenance, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) is a plus
  • Experience creating purchase orders/PO’s
