Technically proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced expertise in Premiere Pro and a strong working knowledge of After Effects, Audition and Photoshop
Strong pre through post-production skills, including ideation, project scoping, storyboarding, directing, lighting, camerawork, audio, pacing, and motion graphics
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation, high standards for quality and a continuous drive to learn and grow

Develop creative video strategies to engage audiences across platforms and execute projects of all sizes from pre-production and filming through post-production and delivery
Champion fresh ideas for video content that prioritizes storytelling, performance and fresh visual styles, as well as elevates brand presence and speaks to core values
Source and steer video opportunities with cross-functional teams at IXL as well as customers
Oversee the work of external talent and video/audio professionals
Be the liaison between the Video Production Manager, Product Managers, Digital Marketers and more
Work closely with the video team on maintaining and improving video standards, asset libraries, collaboration playbooks and establishing new production capabilities as we scale video marketing efforts
