Requirements
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field and 8–12 years of relevant experience or additional years of experience in lieu of degree, OR Master’s degree with 6–10 years of experience or additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in system integration testing, software testing (manual and automated), and performance evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead complex quality projects and coordinate across multiple teams or functions.
- Proficient in using quality management systems (QMS), test automation tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of robust technical quality assurance and control systems.
- Ensure product and system reliability, precision, and performance throughout the entire lifecycle—from design to post-delivery analysis.
- Define and apply quality standards, conduct thorough evaluations, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Drive solutions to complex quality and system integration challenges, designing automated and manual testing processes, and developing innovative methods to improve product and process quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ISTQB, Six Sigma).
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, medical devices).
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps development environments.
- Experience with scripting or coding for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, Selenium).
- Working knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or FDA guidelines.
