Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on SaaS applications.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful mobile products.
- Strong experience working with design and UX teams to create user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of making decisions and persuading others without consensus.
- Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative customer data to inform mobile product decisions.
- Ability to balance independent action with stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product strategy that enhances our shared components and services across the entire application, aligning with BambooHR’s overall goals.
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet user needs.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
- Gather input from various stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and ensure your team focuses on high-impact projects.
- Conduct research to understand mobile trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and develop solutions to address user challenges.
- Use analytics and user feedback to continuously assess and improve the app’s performance and user satisfaction.
- Inspire and lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve their best work in product development.
