Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Healthcare related field
- 3+ years of behavioral or physical health experience
- RN, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of assigned programs and lead the development of program initiatives to improve and monitor service delivery and outcomes for assigned populations
- Develop and implement new programs, including project and work plans
- Execute effectively program development efforts with provider organizations
- Propose new programs and strategies by researching industry trends
- Develop provider training modules
- Develop and track outcomes measures for specific populations
- Analyze and interpret outcome data and present to management
- Propose funding opportunities
- Direct cross-departmental teams in the implementation of program development and improvement efforts
- Develop innovative solutions for treatment issues related to specific populations
- Represent Cenpatico in key community and State meetings related to specific populations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree or higher required
- Licensure preferred
