Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with direct experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer advocacy.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can capture customer value clearly and credibly.
  • Strong program builder with the ability to create repeatable processes that scale.
  • Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments and building consensus across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution chops and a passion for customer-centric growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a pipeline of high-impact customer stories across use cases, industries, and personas—driving proof for campaigns, sales, and PR.
  • Partner with product marketing and integrated marketing to activate customer advocates in major launches and GTM plays.
  • Build a formal reference and advocacy program—including a roster of referenceable customers, a process for managing requests, and strategies to cultivate deeper engagement.
  • Support customer recruitment, speaker prep, and storytelling for events including K:LDN, K:BOS, webinars, and industry sponsorships.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and turn qualitative insights into impactful programs.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Success, and Marketing teams to identify strategic accounts and elevate stories that drive commercial outcomes.
