Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in areas related to Science, Business, Computer Science and/or Technology
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation techniques
- Strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong plain language skills
- Prompt engineering and ability to use Generative AI and LLMs capabilities (i.e., ChatGPT, MS Copilot) is an asset
- Adaptable and highly organized that can keep and drive timelines across initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional global teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including scientists, researchers, and project managers, to understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements
- Process mapping of current vs. future state. Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Extract and Analyze data, create presentations with meaningful business friendly insight
- Serve as a liaison between business units and the IT team
- Facilitate clear communication by creating and distributing project-related documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate communication plans for IT initiatives
- Develop content for newsletters, social posting, plasma screen graphics, SharePoint and intranet sites, and video
- Developing factsheets, FAQs, and quick reference guides for AI platforms
- Creating demo/use case videos for end users
- Assist Project Managers and Sr. IT Business Partner in planning and executing IT projects – waterfall and agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain project plans, and backlogs
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Report project progress and deviations from the plan promptly
- Plan and coordinate logistics for company events, including conferences, seminars, trainings, and workshops
- Coordinate promotional materials development, signage, and other event collateral
- Oversee presentation technology setup and equipment for events
- Promote adherence to IT project management methodologies and standards
- Create process documents and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure/Knowledge in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
- Knowledge of drug development lifecycle, and familiarity with regulatory compliance and data security in the pharmaceutical domain
- AI or Gen AI experience or exposure
- Knowledge of Communications and Change Management
