At least 3 years of experience in engineering project management
10 years of experience in aerospace engineering (design or integration), preferably in interior design
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering or a related engineering field
Proficiency with Catia/Enovia software
Basic programming knowledge
Knowledge of certification requirements for occupant safety, flammability, and stress

Lead and manage systems integration projects from the design phase to implementation
Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, system integration methods, and framework systems for artificial intelligence
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Effectively communicate project status to various stakeholders
Participate in the design and planning of systems integration, in collaboration with the engineering teams
Manage the configuration of IT systems hardware and software (e.g., operations management systems, Application Programming Interface (API), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), system testing, computer vision)
Analyze technology and artificial intelligence requirements within the Interiors team
Develop and execute rigorous test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of integrated systems
Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered during integration and testing
Write technical documentation related to system integration, configuration, and testing
Provide technical support during system deployment and commissioning
Stay informed about the latest technologies and best practices in system integration
Participate in continuous product improvement
