Requirements

  • High School degree required. Relevant Degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years’ experience working in facilities management, or maintenance in a corporate setting required.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
  • Proven ability to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty
  • Adept in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent and effective at oral and written communication
  • Fluid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact effectively with a wide range of personnel and departments
  • Strong organizational, and administrative skills
  • Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Must have strong work ethics

Responsibilities

  • Proactively perform routine maintenance and repair of all office, break room, conference room furniture and equipment such as desks, chairs, monitor stands, keyboard trays and appliances.
  • Ensure all common areas including break rooms, kitchens, and conference rooms are well maintained, organized and supplied as per routine schedule.
  • Assist with stocking and managing snack levels in breakrooms and pantries.
  • Assemble, install and adjust ergonomic equipment such as sit/stands, footrests, monitor arms, etc.
  • Assess and troubleshoot various office equipment issues. Effectively communicate technical issues with team leadership.
  • Assist in inventory restocking and receiving all goods and services related to Workplace Services team.
  • Escort service contractors to necessary locations for equipment service.
  • Execute cubicle and office space moves, adds and changes as instructed.
  • Assist in reconfiguring cubicle and office layouts as instructed while adhering to all workplace safety policies.
  • Manage service request tickets through Remedy Force.
  • Support meeting events with space configuration, set-up/tear down assistance.
  • Participate in the continual improvement process by making recommendations when deficiencies or opportunities for improvement are identified.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Degree preferred.
