Requirements
- Master’s degree(or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and one year of work experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation.
- Requires one year of experience in the following: 1. Project management 2. Labeling workflow management 3. Process documentation writing skills and document management 4. Audience-based communication skills, AND 5. Vendor management experience.
Responsibilities
- Tackle complex problems holistically, solving for problems end to end, not just within immediate scope that have significant business impact.
- Identify interdependencies across teams and proactively clarifies roles or any potential issues to ensure everyone solves problems consistently.
- Ability to lead and complete several complex to highly complicated projects, including mentoring others on the team through their projects.
- Exhibit excellent, articulate, persuasive, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Lead the operations services that support machine learning models, signal generation centering on identify understanding different aspects of community problems, content and understanding the quality of our detection models.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, and various Operations cross functional stakeholders.
- Partner with product teams by contributing to product roadmaps and signal generation/machine learning strategy.
- Define/scope operational strategies for scaled robust data collection model, manage and optimize data labeling efforts and insight generation.
- Manage and scope multiple projects in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Drive project success metrics and timelines.
- Identify and deliver operational efficiencies by improving process quality and implementing scalable solutions.
- Contribute to operational goals and stakeholder strategies: Execute on new service needs, manage metrics to target requirements, report progress to stakeholders and track issues with vendor teams.
- Manage day-to-day escalations from product team or support vendors, workflows, and various metrics.
