Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years in product management and tech leadership, ideally in hospitality or loyalty programs.
  • 8+ years in software engineering and architecture.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Reactor CX, including rule engine, data schema, and API integrations—essential for powering scalable, personalized loyalty solutions.
  • 2+ years with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Deep knowledge of loyalty program strategy, design, and execution.
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and modern software development practices.
  • Skilled in cloud-based data management and analytics.
  • Proven leader with cross-functional team management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about hospitality with a deep understanding of guest behavior and loyalty mechanics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute MGM Rewards product strategy in alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Lead member acquisition and engagement initiatives, leveraging data insights to personalize experiences and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to enable targeted, data-driven program decisions.
  • Bring proven expertise in loyalty programs across hospitality, gaming, and entertainment to drive retention and guest value.
  • Oversee technology platform selection, implementation, and management, ensuring scalability and innovation.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAS Reactor CX (RCX), including rule engine, API integrations, and system architecture.
  • Utilize Amazon Redshift for data processing and analytics.
  • Manage engineering and architecture teams to maintain platform performance, security, and uptime.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.
