Requirements
- 5+ years of project/program management experience
- 2+ years experience in technical support (troubleshooting device hardware, connectivity to firmware)
- 5+ years in data collection and/or data management
- Experience making presentations
- Experience interacting with employees at all levels, develop cooperative working partnerships and contribute to teams
- Prioritizes and use available tools to be highly productive and manage high throughput of data
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external vendors to manage participant onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, validate experiments, review large datasets for quality issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure participant compliance, obtain informed consent, and maintain confidentiality of collected data.
- Interact with cross-functional partners to provide essential feedback and insights, and collaborate with research review committees and institutional review boards (IRBs) to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage research assistant staff, including training and best practices development, and identify potential risks related to data collection and develop strategies for mitigation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life science such as Neuroscience, Biology, Master’s is a plus.
- Prior experience in study schedule management and studies planning is beneficial
- Experience working with research oriented teams in any of: EMG, Neuroscience, biomedical components and systems.
