Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or people operations role
- Demonstrated experience with US Payroll and Benefits administration
- Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in a high-growth technology company
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Process US payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining employee data in our HRIS system (HiBob/Rippling)
- Manage our New York office operations, including workplace setup, vendor relationships, and facilities management
- Manage our global onboarding experience, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver a seamless journey for new hires
- Support the implementation and execution of employee engagement initiatives and benefits programs
- Execute administrative HR tasks including documentation, reporting, and employee queries
- Partner with the executive team to support various people operations projects and initiatives
