Requirements
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management with projects of comparable size and complexity
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC, specifically related to the counterintelligence mission.
- Understand all aspects of the intelligence cycle is required as is knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures governing the intelligence community.
Responsibilities
- Manages overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to the Counterintelligence Directorate requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work
- Project analysis, planning, and implementation
- Support the overall contract plan by monitoring project team performance and outcomes relative to established tasks goals/measurements.
- Liaison with Contracting Officer’s Representative and other corporate IN staff
- Prepares contract deliverables and detailed reports.
- Completing logistical contract actions, such as, contractor travel, training, time and attendance and personnel actions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
