Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 2 years of acute clinical experience
- Current New York State registration to practice nursing
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Previous clinical expertise within the Emergency Department
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for unit operations including patient flow, scheduling, education, and leadership to a dynamic staff
- Bring quality across all aspects of patient care
- Foster safety, quality, and compassion to help advance a family-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department
