Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, with a proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing strategies across multiple product categories within the retail channel.
- 2+ years of experience, guiding and managing high-performing teams while driving measurable change in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
- Guide, manage, and develop a high-performing team of 6 direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and strategic execution.
- Create and implement channel-specific marketing strategies, using research, insights, and data-driven decision-making to drive results.
- Enhance the omnichannel shopping experience, working closely with Digital/eBusiness teams to create seamless online and in-store engagement.
- Partner with Sales and Commercialization teams to develop marketing programs that support product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, building and maintaining channel expertise through field travel, industry events, and competitive analysis.
- Manage the annual retail channel budget, ensuring smart resource allocation and continuously measuring ROI.
- Deliver compelling presentations and training, strengthening engagement with retail partners and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field.
- Retail channel experience within Home Improvement and/or Consumer/Durable Goods industry.
