Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred OR 7+ years of experience in IT Operations/System Administration OR equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience in IT operations, owning the full lifecycle of software applications—from installation and maintenance to upgrades and optimization.
- Well-versed in working with security teams to implement and uphold enterprise security protocols.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth progress and proactive issue resolution.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across various groups and teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the constantly evolving needs of a creative and complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure everyone has the tools, technology, and support they need to stay productive and achieve our goals.
- Own and handle internal IT service requests, providing timely, effective solutions while monitoring and fine-tuning systems and software.
- Proactively identify and forecast IT needs to ensure all technology resources align with company growth and objectives.
- Partner with Adobe’s Security Teams and Frame.io Security Architect to implement and carry out security policies, ensuring the safeguarding of all digital assets.
- Coordinate the symphony of existing tools we use everyday, running upgrades and integrations seamlessly, and support migration to Adobe-approved alternatives.
- Streamline the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure that all technical setups are handled efficiently for new hires and departing employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ITSM tools, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
