Requirements

  • > 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry with business partnering role
  • Strong Industrial/M&S background with an extensive experience in various functions
  • Solid experience & appetite in process design and simplification
  • Experience of working on manufacturing sites in either of these domains is an added advantage
  • Should have the ability to articulate complex concepts, adequately manage stakeholders, and effectively influence decision-making across all levels of the organization to drive process improvement
  • Proficient in networking and communicating across diverse functions, adept at working in a matrix organization
  • Should have a critical & strategic thinking to address delivery-related challenges
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations, anticipate potential risks, and propose creative solution/mitigation plans, ensuring effective problem resolution and continuity of operations
  • Ability to analyze and enhance processes for efficiency, standardization, and simplification
  • Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions
  • Champion simplification, standardization, and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral, transversal. Good English
  • Masters or Doctorate in Life Sciences/Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead End-to-End (E2E) process design by identifying standardization & simplification opportunities and working closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Global Process Leaders (GPLs) to propose efficiency measures & implement improvement
  • Co-Design To-Be process with functions to deliver our ambition
  • Collaborate with M&S functions (Quality, Supply Chain, MSAT, HSE, Engineering, GDPU, etc.), subject matter experts, GPOS/BPOS, and other hub teams to ensure alignment and cohesive efforts
  • Ensure adherence to M&S Services standards and E2E processes to align with organizational goals
  • Ensure optimization and simplification for all M&S Services processes to be transferred to M&S Services including all related procedures, systems, and methodologies in place to support service delivery
  • Be M&S Services champion on process design & propose a structured & Best-In-Class methodology
  • Be an Innovation & Standardization champion of M&S processes, supporting the strategic transformation of operations through digital solutions across all Hub locations
  • Identify and orchestrate approaches for external performance benchmarking, ensuring M&S Services standards are competitive and at least aligned with industry best practices
  • Promote innovation in process improvement where it enhances efficiency and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Project Management and/or Lean Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement would be preferable
