Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Human Resources, Human Resources Management, or a related field
- Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a related occupation
- 36 months of experience in executing strategic sourcing for Leadership Software Engineers
- Experience in engaging with senior level hiring partners at Director and VP level at Meta
- Experience in facilitating and leading meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups and recruiting teams
- Experience in establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Specialized knowledge of core technologies, namely: LinkedIn Intelligence Search, Entelo Search, or Github Search
- Experience in technical sourcing and candidate development
- Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within leadership groups and cross-functional teams
- Proactively recommending and driving process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
- Experience in hiring talent within Eng and or Tech XFN functions – including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles (IC or leadership)
Responsibilities
- Employ deep experience in recruiting for complex technical positions to develop and execute effective strategies in sourcing well-qualified candidates
- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand technical requirements for a role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
- Strategize different ways to build talent maps and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
- Track pipeline activity regularly to share with internal stakeholders
- Recommend and drive high-level improvements that impact local pipeline areas
