Requirements
- Diploma: Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration. MBA or equivalent and relevant experience is an asset
- Training: Quality System (ISO)
- Knowledge: Business, research, finance, sales and marketing, computer systems, MS Office, excellent written, and oral communications skills, presentation skills
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or marketing
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data to provide insights on market segments, opportunity size, and audience to support marketing plans, SWOT analysis and product development.
- Gather and translate data to provide insights on trends, market share, and competitive activity including financial statements and annual reports. Look for recurring themes, trends, or anomalies. Relate the findings to the research question, hypothesis, or business objective. Explain the significance of the patterns and trends within the context of the data.
- Collaborate with other departments including Marketing Communications, Division/Region management, Financial Planning, Business Development Leaders and Product Line Management to develop actionable plans based on the information and insights provided. Focus on driving highest possible ROI.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Lead Generation Manager to develop lead generation campaigns across various channels.
- Responsible for filling the top of the funnel with marketing qualified leads. With a data-driven approach. Use multi-source data to create lead generation campaigns that will provide the regional companies with an opportunity to fill the pipeline with qualified leads and achieve sales goals.
- Implement pipeline calling programs with the Inside Business Development Team to increase lead score values and sales close rates.
- Ensure continuous pipeline feeding and opportunity qualification up to Sales Force loading. Collaborate with the Salesforce team to develop a dashboard to track pre-sales to post-sales activities, ensuring proper conversion ratios of new business targets.
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting and performance tracking including measuring analytics and established success metrics for the marketing and business development teams and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making for product and solutions development
