Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in healthcare, clinical operations, or similar fields of study is required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in clinical operations, strategy, or transformation consulting with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Exceptional project management and change management skills; process-oriented with potential Six Sigma training; ability to influence high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, SmartSheet, PowerPoint, and other data visualization applications.
  • Strategic thinker with executive presence; ability to work independently and collaboratively; comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure issues logically.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development and implementation of advanced therapy programs, including CAR T, Bi-Specifics, and TILs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clinical best practices.
  • Build and develop comprehensive support for practice programs that ensure maximum performance, including patient identification, revenue cycle excellence, favorable payer contracts, pharma engagement, hospital partnerships, etc.
  • Establish data collection and tracking standards for advanced therapies, developing a robust data repository and tracking tool over time.
  • Interact with practices, providers, key stakeholders, and various business partners to ensure specified strategies and support are met, providing professional reporting and analytics.
  • Influence resource deployment to drive appropriate strategies to ensure value delivery via a high-touch, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective models.
  • Foster collaboration across the McKesson Oncology Ecosystem to align on common missions and optimize access to advanced therapies.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships within the oncology ecosystem, including pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations, to enhance program development and execution for USON practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-level experience in transplant and cellular therapy is desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including developing effective presentations and engaging communications.
