Requirements
- Strong background in apparel design, particularly in workwear
- 3-5 years of design experience
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Knowledge of casual and workwear design and functional product innovation
- Knowledge of value engineering
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to use 2D/3D software, including Sketch Up, AutoCAD, KeyShot, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Keynote
- Detail-oriented and creative problem solver
Responsibilities
- Support the creative vision, design strategy, and execution for Men’s product categories
- Lead the design strategy and execution of innovative and functional Men’s apparel
- Develop a strong understanding of the market to identify opportunities and threats
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to build the global accessories line
- Maintain design decks, tech packs, and other documentation
- Conduct market research and trend analysis
- Ensure all designs meet quality, price/cost, fit, and functional standards
- Foster a creative and collaborative work environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Present design concepts and collections to senior leadership
- Continuously analyze the category and evaluate design changes needed
