Security Project Manager Associate

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Construction, or a related field; OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant business or technical/project management experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant business or technical/project management experience.
Minimum of 2 years of business experience, which must include work in one or more of the following areas: Project estimating, Project controls, Construction field experience, Comparable external experience.
Preferred certification aligned with project management discipline: PMP for traditional waterfall project managers, PSM (Scrum.org) or CSM (Scrum Alliance) for Agile Scrum.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for physical security initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to physical security projects.
Oversee the installation and integration of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Provide training to staff on new systems and protocols.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and post-implementation reviews.
