Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Construction, or a related field; OR Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant business or technical/project management experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant business or technical/project management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience, which must include work in one or more of the following areas: Project estimating, Project controls, Construction field experience, Comparable external experience.
- Preferred certification aligned with project management discipline: PMP for traditional waterfall project managers, PSM (Scrum.org) or CSM (Scrum Alliance) for Agile Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for physical security initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to physical security projects.
- Oversee the installation and integration of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide training to staff on new systems and protocols.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and post-implementation reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
