Senior Physical Security Analyst

Deep understanding of regional threat profile and challenges in the region.
Fundamental understanding of networking technologies involved in CCTV and access control.
Knowledge of operating systems including MacOS.
Proficient in leading investigations into security incidents, data breaches, misconduct allegations, or suspected fraud.
Experience with managing emergency mass notification systems, physical security audits, visitor management systems, incident management systems, risk assessments, badging systems.
Physical security architecture and project management experience.
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
Minimum of a BS degree, or 5+ years a Physical Security Operations / Law Enforcement / Similar Security Management Roles.
Experience with coordinating security projects, managing security vendors and installers.
Proven experience in risk assessment and threat analysis, particularly within the Americas region.
In-depth knowledge of Americas threat profiles and local challenges.
Experience with managing and maintaining security systems (Access Control Systems, CCTV, etc.).
Strong Experience with incident response, investigations.
Fluency in English + local language.

Grows the Americas physical security programs through both impactful projects and by managing daily physical security operations.
Responds to security alarms and emergencies, following incident response protocols and coordinating with relevant teams.
Conducts ongoing threat assessments, develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Provides security training to personnel.
Supports design planning and risk assessments for new regional Qualtrics facilities.
Leads the implementation and maintenance of physical security systems for a defined area or facility.
Provides technical guidance on access privileges, camera placement, and alarm configuration.
