Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least four years of prior relevant experience in managing large-scale horticulture or related operations
- Strong business mindset
- Proven track record of leading large, diverse teams
- Expertise in navigating union environments and collective bargaining agreements (CBA)
- Skilled in revamping processes to improve efficiency and drive performance
- Technical proficiency in horticultural design, maintenance, and innovation
- Technical knowledge and experience with HotSoS or other service optimization systems
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of initiatives and projects across all properties
- Drive strategic decision-making and capital improvement recommendations
- Research industry trends to ensure innovative and best-in-class results
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and vendor contracts to optimize costs and efficiency
- Lead the design and procurement of materials for new and existing projects
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and property leadership
- Coach and mentor team members
- Ensure operational excellence across all Las Vegas properties
