Requirements
- Associate’s Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
- Experience in healthcare or staffing account management
Responsibilities
- Establishes consultative relationship with facility contacts to identify needs, drive future orders, timing of business needs, and fill rates.
- Offers proactive solutions for cross departmental staffing challenges.
- Promotes job orders with specific qualifications to Recruiters via order details, email ‘Order Alerts’ and presentations, to quickly identify interested and available high production candidates with highest likelihood to fill based on client criteria (licensure, skills, and timeframes).
- Maintains communication with client regarding open orders, candidate supply, confirmed clinicians, and contract end dates.
- Leverages 3rd party vendor management software systems by learning best practices for posting orders and submitting files in order to increase speed to market of candidate submissions and offers.
