Chapter Relations Strategist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or through equivalent work experience, plus at least 4-6 years of related professional experience.
• At least five years association experience or partnership management highly preferred.
• Strong experience in relationship development and partner cultivation.
• Experience facilitating collaboration among diverse partners.
• Planning and facilitating meetings.
• Experience in communicating information verbally and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, communications skills, project management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with little supervision necessary.
• CAE certification preferred.
• Experience with extracting data and creating reports using Salesforce, Association Management Software (AMS) or similar CRM platforms desired.

Responsibilities

• Act as a partner and resource to chapter staff and elected leaders.
• Cultivate relationships with chapter stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner to chapters and internal expert on chapter needs, concerns, and collaborative opportunities.
• Work with colleagues throughout the Academy to develop and deliver appropriate resources for chapters.
• Facilitate ongoing collaboration with chapters for Academy programming and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and implement meetings and conferences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAE certification preferred.
• Experience with extracting data and creating reports using Salesforce, Association Management Software (AMS) or similar CRM platforms desired.
