Requirements
- Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field followed by 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
- 1. Analyzing financial statements and performing financial modeling and analysis utilizing MS Excel
- 2. S&P Capital IQ
- 3. Analysis of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure
- 4. Assisting with ad-hoc projects for management including presentations and surfacing research-based insights.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional and highly specialized duties in the occupation of Management Science.
- Responsible for conducting analyses of financial & business performance, debt & equity capital markets and capital structure.
- Influence business partners to gain key insights with meaningful and actionable analyses.
- Perform in-depth analyses to evaluate mergers and acquisitions, new initiatives and effectively communicate key takeaways.
- Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to both influence and drive project outcomes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects for management and the Board including presentations and surfacing research-based insights.
- Key areas of focus range across M&A evaluations, capital structure planning, and industry research and benchmarking.
