Requirements

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record in both IT and high-volume non-IT hiring
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters)
  • Solid understanding of technical and non-technical job profiles and hiring practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with candidates
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies for both IT and non-IT roles
  • Source candidates using a mix of job boards, social media platforms, databases, employee referrals, partners, and networking
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume non-IT positions such as customer support, operations staff, sales reps, and more
  • Handle full-cycle IT recruitment for roles including software engineers, QA testers, system admins, and business analysts
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with company culture and job requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status, pipeline activity, and hiring trends
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality applicants

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience recruiting in staffing agency or RPO environments
  • Exposure to recruitment in industries such as retail, BPO, fintech, or software development
  • Familiarity with background check and onboarding procedures
