Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, data science, or a related discipline is required
- 2+ years of experience performing data analysis in a compliance, risk or audit function
- Strong understanding of evolving ethical standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and quantitative methods
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
- Strong communication skills for conveying ethical and compliance concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex ethical and compliance issues
- Self-motivated and eager to learn both compliance and analytics perspectives
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to provide real-time insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Test hypotheses and validate assumptions to support strategic decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ensure data quality and governance by cleaning, validating, and maintaining datasets.
