Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management (or any equivalent related course)
- 5+ years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Analyzing spending patterns, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and working to optimize supplier spend channels for LinkedIn
- Evaluate based on the type of supplier spend and recommend the strategy per payment channel (e.g., catalog, p-card, corporate card, invoice)
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the applicable channels are used to deliver the best result for the organization
- Acting as a market intelligence provider regarding supplier spend and making recommendations to Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to leverage the recommended strategy
- Tracking and assessing supplier spend by partnering with key functions to assess compliance
- Forming relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on supplier spend and the applicable channel is used while also focusing on compliance of supplier spend
