Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations
  • Business acumen & dexterity with qualitative business concepts
  • 5+ years’ experience in the large-scale restaurant setting, both Corporate and Field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build meaningful business relationships
  • Highly organized, motivated and a team player
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute brand standards operating procedures, with functional knowledge of the Burger King Operations Manual
  • Management and strategy of the food safety and brand standards vendors responsible for auditing all restaurants according to these standards and measuring guest satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities and areas for improvement to best support the goals of improved guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability
