Requirements
- Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations
- Business acumen & dexterity with qualitative business concepts
- 5+ years’ experience in the large-scale restaurant setting, both Corporate and Field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build meaningful business relationships
- Highly organized, motivated and a team player
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
- Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Execute brand standards operating procedures, with functional knowledge of the Burger King Operations Manual
- Management and strategy of the food safety and brand standards vendors responsible for auditing all restaurants according to these standards and measuring guest satisfaction
- Identify opportunities and areas for improvement to best support the goals of improved guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability
