Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat
- Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
