Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience succeeding in commercial GTM roles in B2B SaaS companies, of which several years have been as a high-performing quota carrier
- Track record of exceptional performance, whether in academia, work, sport, a sales team, or whatever else you’ve put your mind to
- Intelligent with the capacity to rapidly understand the product inside and out, without relying on sales engineers
- Good commercial intuition, and the ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change
- Outstanding communicator; verbal, written, and when presenting
Responsibilities
- Run the engine for US revenue growth, learning how to take a product to market and scale to millions in ARR
- Navigate complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses, initially securing mid-five and then low-six figure deals
- Build & manage the sales pipeline, close deals, and partner with the CEO & CCO on GTM strategy
- Help to create sales processes, experimenting with different messaging & outbound strategies
- Work more broadly across the business, representing the company at ambassadorial events, managing senior relationships, and assisting with marketing, events, and onboarding customers
