Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and digital workplace tools
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • 2-3 years of team leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical)
  • Experience with work order management systems
  • Ability to expertly prioritize competing demands from multiple stakeholders
  • Technical understanding of facility operations including chillers, air handlers, generators, and BMS systems

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance the client’s real estate objectives
  • Deliver exceptional facility management services that consistently exceed client expectations
  • Represent our team professionally in all interactions, leveraging your bilingual capabilities to bridge communication gaps
  • Oversee building inspections utilizing your knowledge of critical systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical)
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and JLL’s operational policies
  • Track and optimize performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to ensure service excellence
  • Support the implementation of safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures
  • Guide and mentor our engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Drive implementation of integrated facility management best practices
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to optimize maintenance and repair services
  • Masterfully manage work order systems for in-house staff and vendors
  • Coordinate facility services including meeting preparations, event setups, and general operations
  • Conduct thorough safety and maintenance inspections
  • Support budgeting processes, vendor payment management, and capital planning
  • Collaborate with Senior Occupancy Planner on moves and office reconfigurations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Relevant facilities management certifications valued
