Requirements
- Must have great knowledge of excel pivot tables and vlookup
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and execute on tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns on Amazon (search, display, OTT) and TikTok Shop
- Gather and analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations to the team
- Help prepare reports, performance updates, and presentations for client meetings
- Support the execution of campaigns around major events like Prime Day, Cyber Monday, and TikTok Shop promotions
- Assist with product detail page updates, inventory monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations on Amazon and TikTok Shop platforms
- Work closely with internal teams to support testing and optimization efforts for advertising strategies
- Support senior team members with market research, account audits, and identifying growth opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing advertising on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart or eBay
- Prior agency experience
- Understanding of seasonal promotions and event-driven marketing
