Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management or operations within teams developing and releasing a consumer product
- Experience managing complex projects & processes across cross functional teams
- B.S. or equivalent degree
- 25% travel (international and domestic)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop highly effective teams within a fast-paced/high-growth environment
- Overcome a steep learning curve to quickly understand complex real-world scenarios
- Build plans to mitigate risks
- Drive consensus from cross-functional teams to deploy recommendations
- Plan, craft, and run work streams to implement complicated large-scale initiatives

- Experience working for a multinational company with operations in China or Southeast Asia
- Practical understanding of security processes and risk frameworks
