Requirements
- 10+ years of design leadership at technology-driven, product-focused companies, specializing in crafting engaging, customer-facing software experiences.
- Proven success leading design teams of 5+ members, driving the delivery of multiple large-scale, ambiguous features that span end-to-end customer journeys across diverse platforms.
- Expertise in setting and executing a strong design vision — both in early-stage (0–1) product development and in evolving mature B2C products — with a focus on delivering high craft and cohesive user experiences.
- Strategic product thinker with a track record of shaping product goals, uncovering key opportunities, and making decisions grounded in human impact and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator, adept at partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on shared goals and deliver compelling results.
- Robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, demonstrating a clear design process and ability to tackle complex projects with creativity and precision.
- Passionate, humble, and endlessly curious, always exploring new market trends, emerging technologies, and pioneering user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers to drive excellent customer experiences.
- Deliver customer-centric and data informed experiences that are meaningful, cohesive, accessible, and usable.
- Oversee all aspects of design, including interaction design, information architecture, and visual design to develop and execute business strategy and vision.
- Represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.
- Own the overall experience and partner closely with product & engineering peers to ensure we are building a product that our customers need and love.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on identity-driven or authentication-focused products is a strong plus.
