Operations Manager

Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in industry related management preferred
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong decision making and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ensure the drivers & technicians have the proper training and equipment to perform their duties safely
Listen to all concerns and act on them appropriately as they relate to: Safety, ability to perform duties effectively, opportunities that would increase efficiency for both the Company and the Customer
Develop personal training plans for each employee to ensure they are adequately trained in multiple areas of the business
Coordinate the daily assignment of company resources to maximize equipment utility while maintaining a high level of customer service
Ensure that the employees have adequate time to perform duties safely and within the Hours of Work regulations
Assign the proper equipment for the jurisdiction and the job requirements
Ensure employees are qualified and trained to perform duties
Manage incidents through site safe. Complete any investigations as necessary
